Hi, I’m Calum, a teacher and certified neurodiversity coach and mentor, passionate about supporting adults with ADHD. I am from the UK, however I now work and live in the Netherlands. My experience with neurodivergence has given me a clear understanding of the unique challenges many adults face with ADHD!
Having walked the path myself, I understand the struggles that come with executive function challenges, overwhelm a work, being a parent with ADHD and the pressure of daily organisation and working towards goals. Which is why I created Fresh ADHD Coaching—to provide neurodivergent Adults support that is not only practical but also supportive, client led and goal focused.
