About Me
Your ADHD Coach for Teachers
Hi, I’m Calum, a primary school teacher and certified ADHD coach and advocate, passionate about supporting fellow teachers with ADHD. I am from the UK; however, I now work and live in the Netherlands. My own experience with neurodivergence has led me to complete my own journey of training, coaching, and education, and I am now determined to help others.
I specialise in working with fellow educators as I have a strong understanding of the unique ADHD challenges associated with working within a school environment!
Charity Ambassador
I am very proud to represent ADHD UK as an ambassador, with the goal of supporting all those teachers with ADHD and all those amazing neurodivergent students that deserve to access education in a way that works for their unique brains!
ADHD UK is a peer-led charity that provides essential support through online support groups, educational webinars, and clear guidance on navigating the diagnosis process. They also focus on national advocacy and research to help ensure that every person with ADHD can access the help they need to thrive.
How It Works
How ADHD Coaching Works
The aim of our coaching sessions is to create a safe space where you can find out more about your ADHD brain, develop strategies that work for you, find strengths, overcome challenges, and work towards goals. The sessions are 60 minutes, and we will set an agenda for each session, making sure you get the most out of each one. There are also resources available for you in order to record learning in an ADHD-friendly way.
Identify Your Challenges/Strengths
Are you using your strengths in your day to day life? Do you have challenges that hold you back?
Create Personalised Strategies
ADHD-friendly solutions you can actually use.
Ongoing Support
Adjust, refine, and keep making progress, using supportive resources and accountability.

ADHD Coaching Block of 5 Sessions
I recommend 5 x 60-minute coaching sessions designed to identify strengths and challenges related to executive function, develop a greater understanding of how your ADHD brain works, and build ADHD-friendly strategies that work for you.
ADHD Works Certified Coach
I was delighted to recently become an ADHD Works certified coach! The course trains ADHD coaches using an executive functioning framework, which gives a neuro-affirming, supportive approach that addresses the developmental delay in executive function skills associated with ADHD.
Executive Functioning Approach
There is a 30% developmental delay in executive functioning skills linked to ADHD
What we could do to develop these skills:
- Find out what motivates you
- Build emotional regulation tools
- Break down goals so they are ADHD friendly
- Discover organisational strategies that suit you
- Overcome ADHD challenges using strategies that work with your brain
