1. Coaching Relationship:
- Coaching is a professional partnership designed to facilitate personal and professional growth. It is distinct from psychology, therapy, or counselling, which address mental health conditions. Coaching is future focused. Coaching focuses on goal setting and developing strategies.
- As a coaching service, we are committed to operating within my scope of practice. We will not provide services that fall outside of my training and expertise.
- If, during our coaching sessions, it becomes apparent that you may benefit from psychological or therapeutic support, We may recommend that you consult with a qualified mental health professional.

Ethical Responsibility:
- It is crucial for coaches to recognize and respect the boundaries of their profession. This ensures client safety and prevents potential harm.
Client Safety:
- Clients must have confidence that their coach is qualified to provide the services.
Professional Integrity:
- Clearly defining the scope of practice upholds the integrity of the coaching.
2. Payment and Invoicing:
- Payment for coaching services will be invoiced following the completion of the first coaching session.
- Payment is expected within 14 days of the invoice
3. Cancellation Policy:
- A 24-hour cancellation policy is in If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
4. Client Wellbeing and Confidentiality:
- As a coaching service, we will adhere to the national guidelines regarding reporting wellbeing concerns to the appropriate authorities if we believe you are at risk of harming yourself or others.
- While we maintain confidentiality within the coaching relationship, these legal and ethical obligations supersede confidentiality in cases of imminent harm.
5. Professional Standards and Supervision:
- We are a student member of the Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA) and adhere to their professional standards.
- As a Student member, we participate in coaching supervision in line with UCA guidlines.
6. Business Liability Insurance:
- FreshADHD maintains business liability insurance to protect both the coach and the client.
7. Session Termination:
- We reserve the right to end a coaching session if a client becomes verbally abusive or if we determine that the client is not benefiting from the session. This decision will be made with the client’s best interests in mind.

- Coaching results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your commitment, effort, and implementation of coaching strategies.
